They submitted an online service request, and within hours Cat contacted them to schedule an on-site visit. A representative provided an on-the-spot estimate after inspecting the roof. Throughout the process, there was ongoing communication. Because of the active leak and risk of further interior damage, the schedule was moved up and the roof work was completed earlier than originally promised. Sobi and Alfonso assisted during installation, with Alfonso helping move furniture back and cleaning skylights on the roof with Windex. The job was completed in two days, leaving the customer with a roof that no longer leaks.
