Alco Vinyl Siding and Window Co. Inc

The customer had a prior discussion about vinyl siding repair months ago, but the contractor did not follow up. When contacted again, the contractor acted uncertain about the project and later claimed he could not obtain the siding. The customer felt the contractor should have informed them if the siding could not be obtained. The customer researched and ordered siding from Lowe’s. When asking if the contractor could install the ordered siding, the contractor focused on whether it was the right product and did not answer whether he could perform the installation. The customer described the experience as very bad business and planned to hire a different installer. The customer left a voicemail and did not receive a return call.
